Missing Prescott Teen Located

(PRESCOTT,ON) On December 5, 2018, the Grenville County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) reported 14 year old Emily Skinkle missing, from the Prescott area. The OPP can confirm that this female has been located and is safe and unharmed.
